DISTRIBUTING TO CONTENT CREATORS
In order to alert content creators of the new tools and training workshops at their disposal, we collaborated with the Microsoft marketing team to create mail marketing to highlight the updates and new curriculum.
COLOR-CODED DESIGN STYLES
Working with the Digital HR team, we covered the needs across departments to ensure templates felt unique yet on-brand with monochromatic color variants.

CHALLENGE
Microsoft’s Digital Transformation team was lacking turnkey presentation templates to create content that is impactful and on-brand. They also needed to boost the usability and accessibility of these templates.
SOLUTION
We generated a comprehensive deck with the most requested templates for content creators to leverage via SharePoint. Our designs matched the release of Windows 11 and optimized layouts for use with assistive technology.

130+ Templates
LEVERAGING MASTER TEMPLATES
We created a variety of layouts for unique purposes, and leveraged sections inside the master templates to keep layouts of the same type together. This made it quicker for team to find what they needed.
OPTIMIZING ACCESSIBILITY
Microsoft has some of the best accessibility tools embedded directly within PowerPoint. Checking for accessibility was a crucial step before delivering final files. And since our deck relied heavily on bright colors and vivid imagery, we used other color contrast checkers to validate design choices.

"The Glantz team is amazing. Their work with our team has made a significant difference in how our programs and projects show up. We've seen an increase in traffic to our SharePoint sites and have had feedback that it appreciates the freshness of our program brand."
