GOAL
To concept, design and develop a Tamagotchi-inspired game with scalable systems for collectibles, passive gameplay features, stylized robotic variants, and an ancient yet futuristic setting.
STATUS
We've completed the concepting, design, and asset production phases. We're currently working on animations, minigames, and a day-night cycle.

CREATING DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENTS
It was important for us to develop a day-night cycle to immerse players into the game's environment.

ANIMATIONS & SPRITE SHEETS
To collaborate effectively, we aligned on how to set up sprite sheets and used frame-by-frame animations to convey the needs for character evolutions, movement, and transition effects.
